I started doing meditation to see and test its results, experimenting with my brain and states of silence and stillness. Two and a half years after that I stopped meditating to enter the world of yoga, a world which I did not know existed until having experiences of silences and subtle internal movements. All of it led me to discover that brain-mind connection and to see the possibility of finding that point of reconnection with consciousness through the asanas and the body.
Far from dogmas, I seek to learn with an intense and unstoppable personal practice.
For me, yoga is only one, regardless of the styles and forms, it is moving consciousness. When you “understand” that need, you open the possibility of “understanding” that it is not possible to live without knowing what you do and how you do it.
